Timo works out what we actually need before he starts, then iterates with us until it is there. What we ended up with was well received by surgeons, industry partners and our board. He thinks with us rather than just executing.

I noticed him through a piece he had made for someone else in our gym. My thought was: that is better than anything anyone has shown us so far.

I was positively surprised by how structured the process was, and how clearly my wishes and needs were listened to. What we discussed was carried out perfectly. From the very first step you could feel that this was taken on with a great deal of passion. If I had to put it in one sentence: he does this out of conviction, and he has the talent for it.
