Timo works out what we actually need before he starts, then iterates with us until it is there. What we ended up with was well received by surgeons, industry partners and our board. He thinks with us rather than just executing.

I noticed him through a piece he had made for someone else in our gym. My thought was: that is better than anything anyone has shown us so far.

I was genuinely surprised by how structured he was from the very first step. He responded to everything we said, and what we talked about is what came back. You could tell he takes his time and does it with real passion. Someone who does this out of conviction, and has the talent for it.
